The HOV series divides on two axes — whether the restriction runs continuously or only during posted hours, and whether the panel is vertical or horizontal. This is the full-time vertical form; R3-11 adds time restrictions and R3-13 carries the same message horizontally. Confirm operating hours before ordering, since a full-time panel on a part-time lane is unenforceable.
